Fairway Outreach members participated in the South Carolina Junior Golf Association's annual Pro-Junior at The Woodlands Country Club. The tournament format was Captain Choice and the team included 3 Fairway Outreach members along with one PGA Professional.
The team was divided into three age categories: 15-18, 13-14 and 12 and under. Devon Kilgore , Hunter Dodgen and Cameron Smith represented each category respectfully.
The PGA Professional is Joshua May. Josh is a PGA Member in the Carolina's Section and the Program Director for Fairway Outreach. He is also the only PGA Member in Columbia to be a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.
The team fired a -5 under 67. There were requirements to take each players drive at least two times. Each player contributed to the teams birdie total.
